The third location within the pavement series was at Walnut Hill Park in Omaha, NE. tbd. received permission from the City of Omaha Parks Department to perform at this location. The installation began with dancers, dressed in primary colors, descending the hill slowly towards audience members within a back drop of pink trees and fallen leaves. After a series of improvisational mirrored duets, dancers drew attention to the circular platform within the park through intricate walking patterns and concentric circles. They made their way to the empty fountain court on the opposite side of the park with a burst of energetic movement and ended the performance with a bit of unison choreography and a running + jumping sequence reminiscent of West Side Story.
