ABOUT DANCE CLUB

This high energy class is for anyone interested in moving their bodies together in a judgement free atmosphere.

DANCE CLUB is an open level, community movement class. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to join regardless of dance background or level of training. If this is your first dance class ever - that’s great! The style of movement and technique taught within the class typically lives somewhere between modern and contemporary dance.

Dance Club will be an hour and thirty minutes in length

The format will consist of a warm up, traveling across the floor/room phrase, follow along jazzercise routine or improvisation, final “center” choreographic combo taught at a moderate pace, and a cool down with stretching.
